WAYS TO SWAY

Advisory & Strategy

You have a media scope and need someone who has done it before. SWAY advises from RFP through opening — scope definition, vendor evaluation, technical review, budget realism and risk assessment. You keep control. We make sure the decisions are the right ones.

Embedded Production Leadership

You need a media department, not a media hire. SWAY builds and leads a senior team assembled for your specific project, working under your name or ours. Full production capability with none of the recruiting, onboarding or long-term headcount.

Turnkey Media Production

You want one accountable partner from big idea to confident install. SWAY takes the entire media scope — design, production, post and integration — and delivers it. One contract, one point of accountability, one team through opening.

Your budget goes on screen.

SWAY brings you senior talent without the overhead that senior talent usually arrives attached to.

We connect a constellation of specialists — media designers, animators, technical directors, sound teams, integrators — and assemble the right ones for the project in front of us. No bench to carry between jobs. No layers between you and the people doing the work.

What that buys you is not a discount. It’s a higher proportion of your budget spent on creative execution and technical delivery, and a team whose seniority doesn’t dilute as the project moves from pitch to install.

Who you’re actually hiring

SWAY is led by founder Eric Hungerford (LinkedIn), who has spent 20 years overseeing the development and execution of immersive, media-based content.

On every SWAY engagement, Eric is the accountable lead. Not a relationship manager who hands you to a team after the pitch — the person answering for the work, from kickoff through opening.

Before founding SWAY, Eric built and led the in-house media departments at Thinkwell Group and The Hettema Group, then served as President of Mousetrappe. His work has earned three THEA Awards for Outstanding Achievement — for The Making of Harry Potter, One World Observatory, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.

Success With No Surprises

Every SWAY engagement starts with a written scope, a named accountable lead and a schedule you can plan around. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll tell you honestly what it takes.

It’s our promise, so here is what it actually obligates us to.

  • A written scope before work starts. What’s included, what isn’t, and what would count as a change.
  • One named accountable lead. Not a relationship manager — the person answering for the work.
  • Written status every week. Schedule, budget and risks — including the ones you’d rather not hear.
  • No change orders without your written approval. Ever.
  • Honest early warnings. If something is going to slip, you hear it the minute we know.
  • On site through opening. The team that designed it is the team there when it turns on.
